The CrossFit approach to fitness is to train to be physically and mentally prepared for anything in life. And I mean ANYTHING! You never know what you might face at any given moment in time. Will you be ready for it? It may be a life-threatening situation or something much more benign. Doesn't really matter what it is...life demands completion of task! Will you be ready?
